What are all the difference between pokemon ruby/saphire to emerald?

Let's see. You fight both Team Aqua and Team Magma, you can't catch certain Pokemon, (I'm not sure of which ones) the eighth gym leader and Champion is different, but I won't tell who it is, Trainer's Eyes is Match Call, you have the opportunity to catch both Groudon and Kyogre, Rayquaza is catchable before defeating the Elite 4, more double battles and a new double battle format. I'm sure there are more, but I'm pretty sure those are the major ones.

In Ruby you get to verse team magma and catch groudon. Also you get to catch pokemon like mawile, zangoose, and other pokemon you can't find in sapphire. In sapphire u verse team aqua and catch kyogre and catch pokemon you probaly can't catch in ruby. In emerald you verse both team magma and team aqua, catch both kyogre and groudon after you beat the elite 4, the place where there was only the battle tower in ruby and sapphire has more buildings like the battle pike, battle palace and more, steven is no longer the elite four champion, there's a new gym leader in sottopollis city,  and you could call people on your pokenav instead of battling them like in ruby and sapphire.
