What are all the differences between sprintec and tri-sprintec birth controls?

Sprintec gives you the same amount of estrogen and progestogen every day you take the active pills.

Tri-sprintec gives you 3 different levels of the hormones, depending on the time of the month. This exposes you to fewer hormones than the Sprintec. So may or may not give you fewer symptoms.
