What are all the different kinds of engineers and how much do they get paid?

Honestly, braches of engineering are too many. They all originated from thr four major :-

Mechanical.

Electrical.

Architectural.

Civil.

However, there are other "mixed" branches of engineering. ex : mechatronic, biomedical engineering...etc. They are really unlimited, each day a brand new branch appears.

  An ordinary engineer get paid from few thousands per year up to Millions/unlimited. ( think of Bill Gates) .

The key is the "effeciency" . The more effecient and effective you become the more you're paid. If you like engineering this will guarantee you to study engineering well approach your goals.

The pay may depend on the experience and area of the country.

What you should first be concern of, is the subject you like. You could make more money, but you wouldn't enjoy it if you choose a career you don't like. If you do that, then you would not excel as well as you would doing something you really enjoy.
