What are all the foods that contain PROTEIN?

  3. To be healthy you have to eat a range of foods to have a balanced diet. Carbohydrates, fibre, protein, minerals, water, fats, calcium is what you need to be healthy. Have at LEAST 5 fruit and veg a day. Meats(inc fish) have protein in so does eggs etc. You should eat fish as it is good brain food and has a good source of omega 3. Dark chocolate is good for you in moderation as long as you have just one piece each night or something. Try to stay away from fatty foods. Don't forget to exercise! You will not die, don't think negative think positive! GOOD LUCK!!! :D
