  1. What state are you in? That matters.


  2. ALL of them.  Depending on how much you **** off the DA, they can assign someone to search EVERY law on the books.  It is POSSIBLE to find dozens of charges that you can be argued to have committed.

  4. Too many to list without more information.  The suspect is liable for everything that was committed.  Technically, although not usually, the DA could sit down with the officers and list out every traffic violation in addition to fleeing and the original charge.
