  1. You can send letters, and even those will be opened an inspected. You will have to contact the prison to see what their policy is on photographs and other personal items.

Anything else must be purchased through the prison. You need to contact the prison to find out how to deposit money in their canteen account.

Any items from the outside, including something as simple as stamps and envelopes, can be laced with drugs, so they will be rejected.

  2. Guns, bombs, cell phones, anythign containing alcohol, marijuana, cocaine, ectasy, meth, heroin, knives, weapons of mass destruction, woman in cakes, files in cakes.

  3. You can send letters/postcards/greeting cards, and photos (no nudity) I think you can send up to 20. You can't send magazines or books from home, but you can order them and have the company ship them to him, though I think only soft cover books.

Funds you can western union or you can mail a money order, but its NOT to the same address as the institution.

  4. guns

    knifes

    drugs

  5. The easiest way to answer this is by telling you what you can send.  Letters, Pictures (No Nudity), post cards, greeting cards, and money.  Colorado requires money to be sent in the form of postal money orders.  Some states will vary on allowable items and you can check it on the internet.

  6. you should ask what you can send. It would be a lot easier to answer.
