What are all the liberal biased media outlets?

You open your question with a bias and with assumptions. Which makes it very difficult to answer.

But, the answer is -- there is no such thing as an unbiased news source or an unbiased reporter. Period. Fox is the most blatantly biased, no doubt, and certainly the most skewed. But both MSNBC and CNN, as 24-hour networks, carry biases on every show with every person. However, some of their news reporters actually give the other side a chance to speak.

As for NBC with Brian Williams, ABC with Charles Gibson and CBS with Katie Couric, they are remarkably balanced, which is why they have been chosen as anchors. Yes, they let side interests sneak in (Brian Williams with Nascar, Katie Couric and her interest in the very human side of the news) but they give equal time to the newsmakers.
