I worked with a nutritionist thru both my pregnancies. I took Black Cohosh drops ( she told me the amount). what it did was when I went into labor was to eliminate the "small" contractions and only give me "hard" labor ( where actual baby movement occurred). I had two hour labors with both children. As far as "inducing" labor naturally, I walked....Walking dropped the baby into the right position and started my labor with my first. lots of walking.  You don't want to force the baby the come.  They come when they want to.  Be careful trying to induce labor.  your water can break but you still have to dialate.  You  will have to sit in the hospital and the will induce you.  I have two children and my labors where 24 hours and 11 hours of it where with an iv of meds to make me dialate.

Exercise a lot. Go walking at least 30 minutes a day and it'll help your baby's head to shape out like a cone and when it comes time for labor, it'll be easier for the baby to slide out because the head will be shaped kind of like a cone instead of all round. Everyone used to tell me to exercise a lot when I was pregnant because then it would be easier for me, but I never listened to them, so ended up having a c-section and I had gestational diabetes. So just go walking at least 30 minutes a day. Trust me, it'll help.
