hi there, i have been to belize and i no for a fact that it is not classed as latin america, its in central america. if ur going to elize i would love to share my experiences

Belize is not considered Latin American.  English is the official language and for many years it was part of the British empire.  It does have several ethnic groups within the country, but they are more of a Caribbean ancestry.  It is a lovely country, and I highly recommend going there if you get the chance.  I lived there for a year and loved it.
