  1. Common, Rare, Super Rare, Ultra Rare, Secret Rare, Ghost Rare, Gold rare.

  2. Here's a complete list with brief explanations. Hope it helps.

    Common

A common is...well common. It has a black name. Theyre not holographic and are easy to obtain. There are also "short printed" commons which are printed in limited copies. Short print common doesnt just apply to common cards. When a card is "short print common" it was printed in limited quantaties despite its rareity.

    Rare

Rares are identical to commons. Theyre about 50% harder to find though. The only diffrence is that rares have silver lettering while commons dont.

    Super Rare

A Super rare card has a holographic picture and black letters.

    Ultra Rare

Ultra rares have a holographic picture and gold lettering. In older sets they have been 1 ultra rare in every 12 packs but recently they've changed it to 1 ultra rare per box or per 24 packs.

    Ultimate Rare

Ultimate rares have "embossed" pictures, icon, stars, attrbute. The cards name is gold like an Ultra rare but the whole picture is extremly holofoil. These were made to stop scalers who scale cards to make it unfair w/ the card ratio.

    Ghost Rare

A new rarity that was introduced in Tactical Evolution. It has extremly shiney silver letters. They look paleish hense the term "Ghost" rare. These are among the hardest cards to find .

    Secret Rare

Secret Rares have silver lettering much like ghost rares. The picture is extremly glitter like. These are the hardest cards to pull in the current boosters. The cnahces of pulling just 1 secret rare is 1 in every 24 packs.

    Ultra-Secret Rare

These only exist in very few numbers. Actually only 1 card is this rarity. It has an Ultra rare holo picture but a secret rare name. The only card of this rarity is Elemental-Hero Wildheart the GSE version.

    Secret-Ultra Rare

These like its counterpart have only 1 card in that rarity. In this case it is Gaia The Dragon Champion. It has a secret rare pocture but an Ultra Rare name.

    Parralell Rare

Parallel Rare is a generic term, used to refer to cards where the entire card surface is holographic (that shows up as an even "haze" on most scans). There are four types of Parallel Rare:

    * Normal Parallel Rare: Normal black or white title, normal picture. Also known as "Parallel Common."

    * Super Parallel Rare: Normal black or white title, holographic picture.

    * Terminal Parallel Rare: Only found on Duel Terminal Series cards, these are based on Normal Parallel Rares, but with a different Parallel Coating design.

    * Ultra Parallel Rare: Gold title, holographic picture.

    Gold Ultra Rare

These come out only in the new Gold Edition packs. Its exactly like an Ultra rare exept it has a limited edition and is bordered gold. Also the stars on the monsters resemble those of Ultimate rares.

  3. Ghost, Secret, Ultimate, Ultra, Super, Rare, Common
