What are all the things you need to do for your car including, DMV, smog, oil changes, maintenance,seat covers

Any costs or responsibilities, legally and everything else for the car?

Insurance, air freshener, seat cover, traffic school.......

air the tires and sometime switch the front ones to the back one every now and then, vacuum it, wash the outside layer, steering wheel cover...

How about checking the tire tread and sidewalls, windshield wipers, clear title, cracks in the windshield and windows, wheel alignment, condition of the spare and the tools for changing the tires?
