What are any good cullinary schools, for a muslim guy? (anywhere in the world)?

i'd like to go to US for cullinary course, but i dont wanna handle pork stuff. What could be my best options?

im muslim i go to a regular american school. just bring your lunch from home and they dont always have pork stuff. there is this 1 school in texas my brother used to go to, but i forgot the name. it is in dallas
