What are athe rights step to enter the US and work?

i was wondering how other immigrants do it, like indians and asians and middle easterns, because im mexican and a lotta people die trying to get over here through my country, like what are the steps to get a passport and work permit??

You need to apply visa at US Embassy in Mexico, and enter with proper visa.
