  1. Rent 1100 euros for 45 m sq.

    30 sq. m. 1,024  (€)

    60 sq. m. 2,004  (€)

    90 sq. m. 2,754  (€)

    120 sq. m. 4,027   (€)

    150 sq. m. 4,880  (€)

    180 sq. m.  6,120  (€)

    200 sq. m. 7,466  (€)

  2. Rents are the most expensive in the world. Forget it!

  3. Expect to pay a bare minimum of 25 euro per square metre (about $3.20 per square foot) in monthly rent.  The larger the apartment and the better the neighborhood, the higher the rent per surface area.

Paris rents are not the highest in the world, but they are still very high.  Rent and food are the major components of the cost of living in the city.  In addition to rent, a single person living alone may spend about 100 euro per week on food.

  4. It really depends on the size of the apartments, If you are an American you are probably going to be in for a BIG surprise at how tiny an apartment in Paris can be not to mention how expensive! For two bedrooms count on at Least  1200 euros and that's in the suburbs not in Paris itself. Remember that you will probably have to pay the leasing agency at least 2 if not 3 months rent upfront too. In short it is VERY expensive.
