  1. You may expect to pay the same as in US.

Electricity is paid every 2 months, and for a 2 bedroom house, no A/C and no electric range will be about $40 USD every 2 months, and with A/C on summer months can be between $400 to $800 USD every 2 months. Water is about $10 USD a month if you don't have swimming pool or big garden.

Cabe isn't available everywhere, but is about $300 for a premium channels, they have Internet access for $10 extra, but I heard isn't so good.

Mostly everybody deals with Telmex, but need a phone line as well, and they have packages for $50 a month with high speed DSL and wireless modem.

I personally have Sky (satellite TV) with 2 boxes for $54 a month but is the basic, if you want the premium channels (HBO, Cinemax, etc), add another $20.

    Enjoy Cabo life

  2. Hola.  I pay about $25 a month without a/c.  Water is about $300 a year.  Internet and cable is about $20 a month.  Most condos have water and garbage pickup included for rentals.  Some even have hydro included in the price.
