What are *bad* decisions Odysseus makes in The Odyssey?

Im doing a paper for school an i need to know what are some of the bad decisions Odysseus makes in The Odyssey by Homer. I read the book but i didnt understand any part of it. And what i do know came form the movie. :D

When he told the Giant his real name after he blinded him. The giant told his father. Then the giants father, the sea god, wrecked Odysseus' boat.
