I dont know what they are made out of search it on google but you can get them at duane reade, target walgreens or maybe even 99 cents stores

Paper then coated with vinyl [plastic] to keep the durability of the card to last, and for it to glide.  Bicycle is a brand name, and its logo words spelling Bicycle are clearly marked in the front.  Labels are generally red or blue printed on white.

How they are made can most likely be viewed on the Discoverychannel.com TV show called "how it works".
