what are bicycles and how do u do them? Do they help your lower abs get stronger? How many times a day do you do them? PLEASE explain clearly

If you are asking about the exercise that some people refer to as the "bicycle" - you lie on your back, raise your legs in the air, and move your feet in circles, as though you are pedalling a bicycle.  I believe that people think that they work your abs, because you need to contract your abs to hold your legs in the air.
