What are biogeochemical cycles and how are they related to plate tectonics?

give examples in a cylical form, of each of the cycles-carbon,nitrogen and water. what do they all have in common? why are they important to understand?

well carbon dioxide and NOx is emitted into the atmosphere during volcanic eruptions, which can be harmful when inhaled.  If there is a lot of water and gas content in the lava, this indicates that the eruption will be very explosive.
