  1. calories are fat. but yes we do need them.

    people think it is bad. but they aren't our bodies burn fat for energy.

    but that doesn't mean you should go eat lots of calories now. Calories can be bad for you. you just have to separate the good calories from the bad and have a healthy diet. Eat healthier foods and have a regular schedule. Eat 3 meals a day.

    starving yourself doesn't work. By eating less calories, your body will adjust when it recieves less fat, so it will adjust and not burn as much fat as it used to.
