  1. sounds like homework

basically the question evolves around the old statement that the last kings of france (the bourbon kings) is not french, they are from navarre.

the statement is partially true but france and spain today is actually formed on three kingdom, spain, navarre, and franks. navarre's lands was splitted into the other kingdoms but the official name was conjoined to franks

Henry IV was already a king before he was a king of france, he was the heir of the navarre throne maternally from his mother queen jeanne III, his father is the head house of bourbon the second prominent house in western europe after house of valois, when Henry III died by assasination  without any heir, the valois dynasty came to an end, and the bourbon dynasty raised to the top, this also marks the join of the french throne and the navarre throne.

henry IV was a man of kindness, compassion, and good humor, and was much loved by his people, he was the subject of many murder attempts and one finally succeeded by Pierre Barrière and Jean Châtel on 14 May 1610,
