  3. If the pig is wallowing in biologically active mud, they are likely to have cells of organisms in that mud. This can largely be reduced by careful preparation of the o*****e, because most of it will be from the outer reaches.

    Large numbers of cells from the lining of bladder or kidneys would not be considered normal. and urine in general is not high in organisms.

  5. Porcine is a pig.  Ketones can be found in bovine urine if they are females having trouble metabolizing fatty acids usually shortly after calving.
