  1. omg, they are sooo fun, you can swim and one of like 4 pools, jacuzzi, movie theater, lots of activities on board and off on excursions, there'll probably be an arcade, coffee shop to hang out in, shuffleboard, ping pong etc.  you won't be bored! fun fun fun!

  2. floating city

  3. We go with Carnival and my boys spend there time in Camp Carnival, there are games, ping pong, basketball, if not there they can be seen at the 24 hr pizza and ice cream (soft serve), and depending on ship there is mini-golf and a new water park,

we go every year and they love it and do not want a different vacation

  4. I know the cruise I went out had like dances for teenagers and it was a good place to mingle, make new friends, drink a lot of energy drinks and just dance! But they have good places to eat and like free food on random places. Pools, the sun deck. SOOO MUCH! And when you make stops in different cities, it's usually places that have good restaurants and good shopping. Oh yea, there are places to take pictures and stuff. It's really fun and you forget that you are on a boat unless the wind outside is really bad and the water is thrashy because then the boat will move. I remember for the Captain's Dinner everyone was sitting there eating and all of a sudden, the boat was like leaning really far to the right...it was crazy, but kind of fun at the same time cause we went outside and it kind of reminded me of the Titanic, except no icebergs.

  5. It's just like being in a shaky hotel. You can find other kids to play with, there should be a water park or at least a pool, or if you're a young boy you can spy on the topless women sunbathing on the deck. There really isn't much to look at around the boat as a kid though..

  6. a vacation on a huge ship that has everything

    a 12 , 13 year old would want.swimming.rock climb,tennis. archery,roller blading,running.

movies.dancing.lots of boys/girls to play with.

arcades, table tennis, good food kids like Pizza

    hamburgers anytime.basket ball,girl chasing

    catching and kissing.

  7. Cruises are the best vacations ever.  I have been going on them since I was 5.  I am 15 now and I've been on 6 soon to be 7.  I think I started leaving my parents and doing my own thing when I was like 9 lol.  It was REALLY funny... like one day I ate lunch like 3 times... once in the dining room too.  They sat me at a table with like 7 old people I didn't know but I swear by the end of that cruise I was FAMOUS on the ship.  Anyways... 12-13 year olds can play shuffle board, watch movies, go to the kid's club... etc.  I was never really a fan of the kid's club I thought it was really boring and I wanted to be out exploring the ship, not all confined in a little area.  Now though I go to the teen clubs and they are much better.  Some Cruise lines have teen clubs for ages 13-17, and some have for only 15-17.  I'd suggest going to the teen club if you can.  If you can't, don't go to the one for little kiddies.  You'll be the oldest one there.  You can also shop.  Talk to your daddy about a budget for how much you can buy with your room key, if he allows you to use it as a "credit card."  If the ship offers it, you can also rock climb and go bowling.  Some also offer movies under the stars... which are movies up on the lido deck.  In case you are wondering, the lido deck is where all of the fun activities take place.  That's where the pool & pool chairs are, etc.  You'll find a lot of people there.  The decks with cabins are usually called riviera, main, verandah, plus many more.  Some decks are self explanitory, like the spa deck.. There you will find a spa.  On the sun deck, there are usually more pool chairs and sometimes that's where the jogging track is.  You will also want to know the terms aft and foward.  Obviously foward means the front of the ship, but you may not know that aft means the back.  The middle is usually just called Midship.  Also, make sure you go to the shows after dinner every night.  Sometimes they suck, but other times they are really entertaining.  Just know that if you are really bored, you aren't losing any of your parents money or anything if you just get up and leave.  Sorry this is quite long, but I could go on and on forever about cruises.  Have fun!!! :)Ayelle

  8. there are activites such as ping pong tournements and there was shuffleboard tournments i was on norweign cruise this month and there was 3-4 "sport tournments" every day. they give you a card and you collect points for every thing you do and at the end of the cruise you trade points in for gifts..like tshirt travel bag key ring etc.  no extra charge for the games either..had lotss of fun.. also had pool and rock climbing wall and other things to do

  9. on the disney cruise, they have special activities and rooms where you can hang out with other kids that went to the cruise too.  and theres a computer room too.

  10. Eat, sleep and sun tan. Thats about it for 12 & 13 year olds. If you were of age they could gamble.

  11. It is just like being at a hotel or resort all day long and never leaving it.

The only difference is that you can't leave it! Until you are docked of course... Then you can leave. And depending on your sensitivity, the size of the ship, and your location on it, you might be able to feel it rocking back and forth. I was sea sick the entire time, but we were on a smaller ship and had a bad location for our room. We were on the bottom and in the back close but not directly next to the engine room. It was horrible. Have your parents spend a little more money to be in a better area.

Also, depending on the ship, you can go swimming, eat at the all day buffee any time you want, dance rooms, game rooms, shows, etc. Or you can spend all day in your room and watch tv or play games just like a motel. Some ships have events on deck during the day like dance lessions, volly ball, ect.

The best thing I liked, but you are not old enough for, was the all-inclusive package that allowed for a open (free) bar. I kept myself good and sauced, so that I didn't notice the ship's movement... It helped.

    Have fun!

  12. lol u dont even notice that ur on a boat

    time really flies

soo many places to eat....check out the ocean.....gamble joking...and there should be a fairly large shopping area so that should keep you really occuppied

    if your going..HAVE FUN

  13. i'm 13:)

uhmmm well they have pools on the decks.

you can tan, drink the amazing drinks, hang out with hot guys.

there is actually a lot of fun stuff.

    have fun on your cruise:)
