Lots of challenges...unemployment, illegal immigration, no budget for research... though few of the challenges don't hurt tourists...cooking is something we are good at, that's for sure.

current challenges.........right now there is a perscription drug scandal going on, the immigration problem, the rom, nomad, gypsy problem, the price of gas  1.51 euro a liter,  inflation.....and last but not least bank interest rates
