What are damon braces? whats the difference?

are they more expensive and can i request them instead of regular braces?

are they less painful?

and do you need to get a mold for them?

Damon Braces illimintate the need for braces colors, or the little rubberbands that go around each bracket.  I'm not really sure if they're less painful, but they are supposed to be able to move your teeth faster than regular braces.  Yes, you'll probably need a mold for them :)  some orthos may not do the Damon Braces, but you can ask if yours does!!!

damon braces, i think, may be a bit more expensive than regular braces but i dont thikn its a dramatic difference.

yes, i bet your ortho would have damon braces. the ortho i go to doesnt even put on regular braces anymore because he thinks damon braces are alot better.

haha i wouldnt say they're less painful, unfortunately no matter what kind of braces you get you're going to experience the same pains & pressure that everyone w/ braces has to go through.
