What to you call a women who imitates a guy (dress & behavor) but not as extreme as say a transman. Maybe an advanced term for Tomboy or andromimetic.

And what do you call a guy who desires a women like that.

Not sure about the terms but if you mean the women is so masculine that she even has a fully grown beard, and a guy is attracted to that, that would be a g*y relationship.  Sure she has a v****a, but the guy is attracted to the masculine gender if he like masculinity and beards.

If you mean she looks like an androgynous emo boy, and a guy finds that sexually attractive, if she's feminine enough that would be a straight couple because her gender is still mostly female. Gender q***r may be the term.
