What are different ways to stimulate the pituitary gland to produce HGH?

I know that working out is one of them, what are other ways to produce HGH? And i also heard once that when your body cools quickly, putting you in a little bit of shock, like when you jump into a cold pool, your body produces HGH, is that plausible?

  1. Supplmentation

    By that I mean "cooperative" safe supplementation. Cooperative in that the supplement cooperates with the body's natural feedback mechanism. As an example I've supplemented with HGA human growth agent for several years now and have enjoyed elevated HGH levels. I know because I've track it with regular blood draws. There is a lot of confusion and misinformation around HGH supplements. Good ones work because they act as signaling mechanisms encouraging the body to increase hgh production naturally.
