  1. Depends why country passport you require.  The USA is a lot different to Australia for instance. Check the government website for instructions!

    This isn't a standardized measurement as, for example, UK issued passport photos are NOT the same size as what is acceptable to the US Immigration dept.

  3. Go to somewhere that takes passport photos. The Australian govt have just introduced new regulations governing photos e.g. can't smile, no teeth showing etc. Get the professionals to take yr photo, don't try it yourself.
