  1. They are all file extensions of Windows applications and configuration files.

    .dll means dynamic-link library

    .exe is an executable file


  2. They are all types of files in your Windows operating system. dlls are dynamic link libraries, .exe are executable files and .ini are initiating files. All these are important and are capable of making a system unstable if some are removed/deleted/quarantined.
