What are early signs of menopause for women under 40?

I'm 371/2 and am suffering from some type of heat flash lately. Wondering if I'm starting menopause early.

It's possible. Some women begin menopause as early as their late 30s. You can get your hormone levels checked by your doctor to be sure.

This is a serious medical question and deserves a serious factual medical answer.  The signs of menopause are as follows:  The most commonly encountered symptoms are a result of prolonged hypoestrogenism and include hot flashes, sweats, irritability, dry skin, dry eyes, vaginal dryness, discomfort and pain during sexual intercourse (dyspareunia), decreased libido, and decreased energy.

I strongly encourage you to see your OB/Gyn for serology and for ultrasonography.  And I'll provide a link for a bona fide article about premature ovarian failure.
