I haven't had a really good workout for about 4 years now. Basically since my sophomore year of high school. I've gained 30 lbs and I want to take it off but I don't have the money for classes or a membership, or even some dumb bells. I need easy workout routines so I can get back into working out without feeling overwhelmed.

You can do it without a gym, it's how I started after my second child and inspired me to go back to school and become a fitness trainer.

  2. crunches,push ups,running

  3. The best exercises in the world require nothing more than your own body and maybe shoes. I highly recommend jogging, progressing to running.

  4. Walking is always good. Try walking at least for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week. You could also do some crunches and push-ups. Of course a lot will depend on you also cutting down how much you eat, along with working out.

  5. jogging, walking, swuat thrusts are awesome, jumping jacks, pushups, dips on the counter or with some chairs.
