  2. we use quinoa (a high protein grain), tvp (texturized vegetable protein), soy products, lentils, beans, some dairy and eggs, nuts, and seeds - for the most part.  occasionally we've also used tempeh and seitan.

  3. Tofu, (if you don;t like it, you can get marinated tofu)

  4. Protein intake is not usually an issue for a vegan as long as you eat a healthy varied diet!

    Beans, nuts, legumes, grains, tofu, tempeh, seitan and more are all fantastic sources of protein.
