  3. Find 2 songs that are 3 minutes long and 2 songs that are 2 minutes.

    3 minute song- do squats the whole time through

    3 minute song- try doing the chair sit the whole time (like you are sitting on a chair with your back against the wall but there is no chair)

    2 minute song- leg lifts on right leg (lay on your left side and slowly raise your right leg up in the air, lower it, then raise it again)

    2 minute song- leg lift on left leg (same as right leg but opposite)

  4. you can never go wrong with squats and lunges

  5. treadmill,

    running,

    jogging,

    walking,

    bicycle riding!

  6. Plie (ple-A) squats help... Get into a wide leg stance and squat straight down and make sure you knees are not pushing forward over the toeline. Also there are machines at the gym that work the inner thigh. But I would say that squats, running, cycling and the gym are your best bet for that peskie inner thigh area that most women deal with.

  7. lie on your left side, then cross your right leg over your body but your right foot should be against your stomach, then lift your inner left leg up as high as you can and you should feel the burn in the inner thigh.
