  1. Fans vote for you, give you best answer and beat up the opposition!  You get them by starving the country, ruining the economy and using food aid as a "weapon".

    you can only have 200 contacts but there is no limits on fans.

  6. When you have people on your fans listing, the questions you ask or star appear in a window on their account and theirs appear in a window on your account. It increases the likelihood of getting a large number of answers if you have a large fan base.

    I don't have any fans. I deleted them.

On here, fans are people that request you as a friend (for whatever their reason -  either they like your avatar or the questions you ask or something).  Their names and avatars will appear in your "My Fans" list. You can also request to be someone's fan by clicking on their avatar and clicking on "Add to my contacts."  They will then receive an email and it is up to them to accept your request or deny it.   :)
