What are fast ways to level up on oblivion ?

i am a warrior class and have major attributes as : blade, blunt,block,light armor,heavy armor,athletics and marksman but i cant seem to level up and have completed the arena as level 1

walk in forrest and stuff away from big citys and find caves and dungons also do quests it fast to level up like that

do as many quests as you can also talk to some  characters in the game, some character offer lessons in exchange for coins , this can be a good way to level up

you are level one so you havent leveled up? and you have completed the arena stuff??? if yes then you are pretty noobish look on the right side of your compass see that arrow thingy that means that you can level up go to an inn and sleep, about 10 times or until the thing leaves...noob.
