i just want a proper definition with 4-5 line axplanation . plz give me sensible answers.

  1. Food crops are crops that are grown for the production of food for human consumption.  Grains, (such as corn, oats, wheat, barley, sorghum) vegetables, and fruit would be included in this category.  Non-food crops would be things like cotton (fiber crop) or trees being grown for timber production.


  2. A food crop is the product or yeild of any cultivated area which produces plants or animals for human consumption.  While usually used in reference to plants, crop also includes animals.  The key word for crop is that it must be from a cultivated area, thus you can't have a crop of deer unless you raised them on a farm, and you can't have a crop of wild berries.  And of course, since you are asking about food crops, you only include crops raised for human consumption.

  3. Crops consumed by humans. The term includes, but is not limited to, fruits, vegetables.

    Edible nuts and seeds

    Grains
