What are forbidden questions in YA?

Question

In my former home Romania, it was forbidden to ask about things such as driving records of members of the party (communist) or any government big shot.

When I ask question in YA about Mrs Laura Bush driving record, the question was deleted and YA appeal failed.

Is it forbidden in USA to ask about ruling party members driving records (i.e., if they were responsible for accident in which person became died)?

Will I be reported to authorites for bring up this topic? I fear I make Mrs Bush angry,

Y/A is a private company and in theory is not bound to follow the US Constutition also we are becoming communist.

Mrs. Bush probably has a very clean driving record so it would not be available to the public.  Try getting Ted Kennedy's, that would be more interesting.

Also I do believe Presidential wives info. would be off limits.
