What are four areas that you need to improve on as teacher?

1. Connecting with students. Gaining their trust and hopefully allowing them to trust you as their teacher.

2. Try not to force more open minded ideas on students. Allow them to express and reveal how they feel on certain issues.

3. Ensure you have good knowledge on what you're teaching heh.

4. Show interest in what you're teaching and maybe it'll spark some within the students as well.

It all comes down to one.  How do I make these children flourish as enthusiastic and successful learners?

I) PLANNING

Self explainatory. I don't do enough of it.

2) ORGANIZATION

Half the time work doesn't get done or is turned in late because I lose important documents, notes from parents, etc.

3) CLASSROOM MANGEMENT

I need to be more confident in enforcing my rules, know my limitatations and set personal boundaries. I also need to be consistant with punishments.

4) TIME MANAGEMENT

I am exhusted everyday when I come home. I can't sleep, I never seem to be able to balance personal and professional life. Everytime I try, one ends of going to the sh*tter.
