What are fun things to do in Spain?

I'm traveling to Barcelona with my parents and siters. My friends say there are lots of fun things to do with people my age, but I don't think my parents will let tracel around in Spain with strangers alone. Anyway I want to find ways to make the best of my trip with my family. Any suggestions?
