There are quite a few things you could do.

I would suggest having a bonfire, with beach towels around ti at night, it gives everyone a chance to relax, hangout, and talk. During the day though I would try Vollyball, Swimming, Tanning, Fishing, maybe even going parasailing, or banana boat riding. ( I don't know if ya'll have that, at Panama City Beach we do so). Theres plenty of things to do if nothing else make friends while your at the beach. Theres always hott guys that need talking too :)

swim, play frisby, lay out, make little finger foods, have ice cold drinks such as lemonade.have contests like who has the biggest muscles, or who can through the football the farthest or soemthing. Invite alot of friends!
