start making your own jewelry.  its pretty simple and you can find all kinds of instructions on how to do this on the internet.  Also I would get one of the knifty knitter looms.  you can make cute scarves and hats and its so simple!

maybe play a game or buy an outdoor truck ( good for indoors too) and play around stay insidelokk out window and play or stay inside and play inside with truck ?

Well personally i find a fun and stimulating thing to do when bored is to take pictures and record local events and stories to possibly create a local newspaper. This is fun to  ask people in your neighbourhood about events and you can sell them in local shops. I do understand if this idea is not for everyone but just giving an answer.

reading (boring maybe)

u got a camera? (got do sum photography, b a photographer)

record, edit and post pictures or videos of things. (then post them online.)  editing videos.pictures is nice and kills time...plus u get to be creative.
