What are fun things to do when you're bored?

It is summer and I am SO bored... anything fun to do that dosent cost anything?

Take a walk around the block.

Get a notepad and a few pens/pencils. Draw your own city then draw every person who lives in that city. Even if there's 10,000 people. After you've drawn each character, write a background story about them. If you can be bothered, write some character's pets.
