try the gasbuddy.com website.  it prompts you to type in your ZIP code and then it will show the cheapest gas prices near you.  the results can be further refined by gas station name.

the site works by using member-reported gas prices so it may not be accurate as of the very moment you check it, but it's a great resource to see which stations near you are consistently lower priced.
