What are gas prices right now in other countries? Like in England, Canada, France, or China? Just wondering if we are the only ones suffering, or if someone out there has it worse than we do!

  1. Here in England we're having a terrible time with Gas prices.. They have been hiked really high and keep rising.

I think at the moment they are the highest they've ever been.

Think it's time to dust off my skateboard!

  2. I'm quite sure that in Venezuela it is about .12 a gallon. Sounds like a good deal for me!

  3. @Flanders: Yes, it's ~1.4 per liter, but *Euro* not $. Current exchange rate is 1:1.5, so EUR 1.4/l is approx. USD 8.25/gal

  4. I talked to a guy that just got here from the middle east 6 months ago.He said it is a quarter a gallon there.

  5. Europe still pays much more than the US and always has.

Last I heard it was about 1.50 per liter, which is about $6.00 a gallon. In some places it is as high as $2 a liter (roughly $8 a gallon).

China pays far less than the U.S.

In Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, they pay about 80 cents a gallon.

In Venezuela, they pay 12 cents a gallon.

  6. A lot higher, though I wonder about the cost of living. Is it proportional to what they make?
