Especially in the north, people/girls are conservative.

There are strict laws against prostitution although both foreign and local men break the law to pay-to-play.

The law in VN prohibits foreigners to spend the night (whether in hotel or in a private house) with a VN woman unless they are married.

Don't go to VN to bed the women. Go there to enjoy the nature, culture, and the people
