What are going to be the main expenses for starting/ running a midsize hedge fund?

I plan on creating a hedge fund in the future. What are the main expenses i will face and how much will each one cost annually? If/when i start the fund i plan on doing a lot of the work myself, but obviously i cant control everything because managing the fund is top priority. I'd appreciate your input.

You will need legal advice, accounting services, administrative, compliance and back office support, broker expenses and research expenses.  Probably several hundred thousand annually.
