Well, I'm from the United States and I am only (somewhat) knowledgeable about colleges in the U.S. so I will give you a list of some of the best in my country.  These are in random order:  Harvard, UCLA, UC-Berkeley, University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, Northern Illinois University, Arizona state University, University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, University of Wisconsin- Madison, Purdue, Kenyon, University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
