What are good Highlight and Lowlight kits?

Preferably sold at Walmart.

Ha, its the only thing open right now.

I want light blonde highlights and dark blonde lowlights..

And do you know how much they run for?

If you want  Blonde highlights get a bleaching tool kit, theyre sold at walmart, they come with a highlighting cap/kit.

As for brown just get brown hair dye and ust the highlighting kit from the blonde one, I just did Blue highlights with the same kit from my bleaching kit.
