Children love this one-

Sort them into pairs. Have each pair choose a sound, and make sure no 2 pairs have the same sound. Then blindfold them or have them close their eyes. Then they have to find their partner by making their sound. All the pairs go at once, so it's loud, but what 4 year old cares about the noise level? Actors need to learn to be loud.
