Over the years I've seen my family live unhealthy and eat unhealthy foods. now they have so many health problems so I began the process to stop eating red meat, processed foods, and junk food. I love beef.. and I mean I love it and it was a big part of my diet. Now that I eliminated beef and other red meats out of my diet I feel hungry all the time and don't know what to supplement it with. Does anyone know what healthy protein foods I can consume that will get me that high level of protein I got from beef and so I don't have that starving feeling? I'm already skinny I can't afford to be anymore thinner.
